The Revival micro-current is the latest technology that delivers both micro-current and faradic current through the same probe to stimulate and lift the muscles. We also use the radio frequency to give the skin an extra boost.

What is the difference between the CACI and Revival Micro-current treatment?

Caci is world famous and their marketing is flawless however even their latest  technology is ancient. It still uses a very mild micro-current probes to stimulate the muscles, hence the results are slow and not really impressive.

The revival micro-current is the latest technology that delivers both micro-current and  faradic current through the same probe to stimulate and lift the muscles. We also use the radio frequency to give the skin an extra boost.

Revival micro-current can deliver impressive results in just 6 treatments, whilst the CACI  is still struggling to deliver results after 10 treatments.

Micro Lift Facial

What does the treatment involve:

Once the skin has been cleansed and exfoliated, we carry out gomming, with the lifting mask, to warm the muscles in preparation for the electrotherapy. Radio frequency and firming gels are used to tighten  the face and neck, followed by micro-current to lift slack areas such as the jowls, eyes and forehead.

Who should have this treatment:

It is advisable to have the Micro lift facial to prevent ageing and when the skin is just starting to show signs of ageing, the fine lines are appearing, the jowls are going down south, the eyes are getting hooded. If caught early, the ageing process is really delayed and much better approach than having it when it is too late and only quick fix’s like botox and dermal fillers can help.

Who should not have this treatment:

The micro-current treatment is contraindicated if you have any metal plates in your body, suffer from heart conditions, are pregnant, have any nerve or muscle disorders.

If the ageing process has really kicked in and the wrinkles and the jowls are too far gone, surgery or botox and fillers may be the only solution that will work.

Micro-current facial is not suitable for clients already having the botox treatments, as it interferes with the muscle movements, and the botox will not last.

What is the aftercare advice for this facial:

A course of treatments is recommended for long term results, 2 treatment per month for a course of 6 treatments.

The micro-current continues to have an effect on the muscles after the treatment, and the skin  must be left to encourage this process.

Lifting serum’s and the Revival honey lifting mask used to exercise the muscles twice a week really helps to prolong the results achieved in the salon.
