All courses are valid for 1 year.

48 hours’ notice of cancellation is required otherwise a 50% treatment charge is incurred.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the treatment time will be adjusted accordingly.

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 months only.

If you fail to attend a treatment that treatment may still be deducted from your course.
